saving nellieSaving Nellie is a scripted drama that shows two teachers struggling to change their teaching to “save” their student Nellie’s interest in physics. Two teachers join forces and embark on a quest to invigorate physics in a last attempt to persuade pupil Nellie not to drop the subject.

It’s up to Eric (Nellie’s stuffy and old-fashioned physics teacher, played by James Fleet) to rescue the situation, and at the same time to revolutionise his teaching methods. Starring Helen Baxendale and James Fleet.
